best matched stud

So my man and I have been speaking extensively about breeding Hunny. I have been obsessed with 2 studs for at least a year and have made contact with the owner of them. They are owned by the same breeding facility and I love them both. However which one would be a better match conformationally for my mare? The color of them doesn't really matter to me (although the liver chestnut is my most favorite:-)). So which one works better?

The first three photos are of my mare. She is a 5 year old fox trotter mare, registered. She usually doesn't look this funny but since it's winter I really don't blame her lol

The next two photos are of the stud I love. He is a registered fox trotter as well. While he cannot be ridden because of an old leg fracture (not genetically related), he produces very nice foals. Registered name is Davy Crockett

Last photos are of the other stud. Registered fox trotter named Cascade. He and Davy both have excellent temperaments and I wouldn't mind breeding my mare to either of them.

I'm not a foxtrotter person so I don't know much about the conformation but the sorrel stud turns me on.... How is his personality???

he is AMAZING personality wise. I used to have them on facebook back when I had my account. A lady posted on how she took her horse there to have her bred and she thought he was an absolute gentleman.

Isn't he just gorgeous? He makes me drool :P Even my friend that raises warmbloods drools over him with me and she knows nothing about gaited horses haha

here are some better photos of my mare from last fall when she didn't look all wooly mammoth ish. Her head looks uncharacteristically large in the bottom photo. It really isn't that big, trust me.

Granted this was when we were trying fit forms for saddles but you get the general idea and shes on flat ground not sand.
