Saddle Online? Anyone?

Has anyone on here ever bought a saddle from 'Saddle Online Inc.'?

I'm saddle searching for my TWH gelding and after watching several saddle-fit videos and reading just about all possible, I am pretty sure I know how to measure him now. Saddle Online has several saddles that are in my price range, but I am hesitant to buy offline because I can't see the saddle quality in person...

Has anyone bought a saddle from this site?

I have purchased brand name saddles online but this site doesn't list brands so with that said, I would stay clear of this place because you will have a cheap paper weight.

My best advice is to save your money and buy a good brand name saddle that fits you and your horse.
Circle Y is excellent to deal with.

I've been reading through the reviews on the site. I haven't read a single bad review yet... They don't sell name-brand, though I'm not looking for name-brand (I just want something that fits my horse and me).

The reason I'm interested in this site is because I have heard a lot about how good it is in the past from various people online and it is in my price-range (I work a min. wage job and don't work full-time, so I don't have loads of money to spend).

I don't see anything real quality on there. I don't know much about western saddles but at a glance most of theirs look cheaply made.

The fact that all their english saddle packages are $199 really says a lot to me in terms of what they offer.

It has a Better Business Bureau rating of A+, as well as being a BBB accredited business. That doesn't mean their saddles are good quality though, just that they're adhering to the consumer guidelines set forth for businesses.

I have checked out the Circle Y saddles, and other saddles. There's no way I'd be able to afford those prices... My mare's saddle is an 'off-brand' (Circle M, cost 300 dollars) and it's excellent and has held up well for the past almost seven years... though I bought it locally.

You'd be better off buying a used well made brand than trying to buy new junk.

Buy used...There are tons of good quality, BRAND name, used saddles. Heck I have a circle Y for sale $450, nothing wrong with it

Stay far away from saddle online! Their saddles are low quality imports. A friend of mind ordered a saddle from there and had the tree break within a month. Not to mention, the leather was awful, and the the rigging looked like I could have just yanked on it and pulled it out.

Their saddles have a two week warranty, which means if something happens to it after you've had it for two weeks, you're screwed.

I think I may try ebay...
