Goat hair loss. Help!

I don't know if anyone on here raises goats and has seen this before or not, but I thought I would give it a try. I have already spoken to the vet and he said to not worry about it, but I don't really like my 'farm animal' vet, so I wanted a second opinion.

Butter is a pygmy doe that I have had for about 3 years. I am not sure what her real age is. She is part of a 8 head herd. 7 does, and 1 buck.

Butter has recently started to lose all her hair! It started about 4 days ago from when she had a full, nice and thick winter coat to this:

She isn't 'bald' because she has very short hair all over her. The 'clumps' on her back are not dandruff, its the sold fluffy hair under the winter coat. She doesn't itch, she doesn't have any scaly skin or anything. And none of the other goats are losing their hair. I have attached a few pictures of them for reference.

To me, it looks like she is just shedding out her winter coat really really fast instead of just hair by hair. She is eating and acting normal, just is really cold, lol. She has been running with all the others goats too, which makes me think that it is not mite, lice or mange because none of the others have any hair loss, and if it was mange or lice, the other goats would have started to lose their hair too.

I was wondering if anyone had seen this before, and if they had, what caused it? I was thinking it might be a selenium deficiency since all my goats get a little deficient in the winter because of where I live.

thanks in advance. Her are some more pictures.

Here is a picture of the others goats. None of them have any hair loss at all, so I don't think it is mites, lice, or mange.

Lice can actually affect just one goat. We had one with lice, and none of the others were bothered. If her skin still seems normal and she seems unaffected otherwise though that seems unlikely. Most skin issues I've seen usually don't come on suddenly like this.
Does the short hair underneath seem to be growing in healthy and normal?

The hair underneath looks like her regular summer coat. It's a nice pretty brown and her skin seems healthy. There is no scaly parts, and you can't see the skin. It's completely covered with hair, just really short hair. And like I said, she doesn't scratch on anything, so she doesn't seem to be itchy.
