Swayback or just high withers
 

I am looking into purchasing a proper pad and saddle for my new boy. Based upon these pictures (taken by previous owner) would you consider him to be swayback or just high withers?

I'd say high withers. I'm sure he could probably benefit from a pad for a sway backed horse.

My TB is like that, I say high withers. I use a biofit pad to fill in the area, works great.

For my TB I have a circle Y, flex 2. Will post a pic. With the pad it keeps it nice level and off his withers.

Not sway backed, just high withers and no topline...

These pictures don't really do him justice. Here's a better one to show his beauty. I hope to put some weight on him, build up his top line, and get some miles on him (just not until he is comfortable).
