Good bending/flexibility exercises!
I just bought a horse who has an amazingly smooth canter on his right. However on his left, he only gets it about 20% of the time.My trainer said it's probably because he has bad balance. I've been doing flexibility and bending exercises, but I would love to know some more, and what you guys would do. I know he knows how to get both leads because he was a racehorse, and its not a health issue, but I think it's more of the fact that he was a trail horse and they just asked him to canter on a straight trail. Also, do you have any succesful tricks to get his left lead consistantly? Thanks! :D
