What is a butt raugh?

Ninja edit: ....OH. Raw? He's rubbing his butt raw.

Is he wormy at all? I know some dogs will butt scoot when they get pinworms because they itch like mad.

Is he rubbing hair off? Does he have sores on his butt?

Get a fecal done. Just giving him a wormer doesn't mean he isn't still wormy. I'm not sure why else he's be so roughly rubbing he behind, unless it was a skin condition or something. Really, a vet would be your best bet.

May need cleaning around anus too, as that will make one rub.

And could be dock is dry.
