Angled Stirrups?

Has/does anyone use angled stirrups? I don't like the stirrups that came with my saddle and I was wondering about getting angled stirrups, but not sure if I'll like them. Anyone out there that has used them? Do you like them?

I'm curious also. I got a wonky knee, and wondered about em.

Angled stirrups? As in the ones with the angled pad? Or the ones that bend?

Allie - CrookedStirrups.com - Authentic, Original, Crooked Stirrups, Patented Western Saddles Like that. So when they're hanging off your saddle, the bottom is parallel to the ground rather than being at an angle.

I'm also curious about others' reviews of them. I don't know anyone that's ever used them.

What kind of saddle do you have and what kind of riding are you doing?

I have been looking at those stirrups as well, recommended by a friend who says her husband swears by them. Going my to see how I get on having got my stirrups turned now, but if I still have knee pain will splash out on a pair I think.

oops lol forgot to specify. Western saddle, mostly just ride for fun, trail ride, gaming, etc.

I was thinking you were talking about the old school angled stirrups for english saddles lol. I was like "noooooo!! they are horrible!!"

Don'tk now anything about the western ones though. *wanders back out to english land*
