PayPal

Is anyone fluent in how paypal does things. I sold a saddle agreeing to a refund if it didn't fit her horse. It didn't. PayPal has my money and deducted their percentage of about $15. Does this mean they will deduct another $15 when I refund her money? This means I'd have to add an additional $30 to the account in order to come good on the refund. I'm waiting a response from PayPal.

Gee I'm not sure, never had to do a refund. But would be nice to know for future!!! $15 each transaction is a bit steep!

Paypal fees are a percentage, not a flat fee.

That being said, they refund the transaction fee minus 30 cents.
