DIY Horse earplugs???
My mare hates having her bridlepath trimmed. the vibrations doesnt faze her its just the buzzing nose right next to her ear. Any of you have any ideas of maybe some home made earplugs? I was think felted wool but im not sure if it would work. Any thing helps thanks!

i wouldnt think earplugs would help its still gonna vibrate,
But cowboy mounted shooters use earplugs, can order them or make them, To make them you need to soft foam balls a bit bigger than a walnut and a piece of strong string. Poke a hole in the balls run the string through and tie a big not on the other side. then do the same to the other.

You could try a long strip of gauze. Though I would be weary as I don't like sticking things into my horses ears, lol.

Good luck!

Or you could just use scissors. But you can pick up ear plugs for super cheap.

It'd be easier to trim the bridle path with scissors ;)
