What exactly is an Irish Sport Horse?
Basically I've heard many different breeding combinations that result in an "irish sport horse". At first I though it was just a tb x irish draught, but then I heard it could be irish draught x Connemara, then arabian, then Tennessee walking horse...I'm a little confused. So what exactly qualifies as an Irish sport horse?

We have an Irish Draught mare at our barn and she shall be producing her mother a sport I would be. She's a fabulous animal, but the draught isn't as refined as the show world likes.

I own an Irish sport horse, he's nothing like your horse Tiny!
ISH are to be a cross between ID and TB... but my gelding although registered as an ISH has no TB on his passport... I actually can't find any information at all about his sire or dam. Attachment 143641 Attachment 143633

Technically, they're supposed to only have Irish Draught and Thoroughbred bloodlines, but a lot of other ID crosses are considered Irish Sport Horses.
