Quick question about field boot measurements
So I'm like, two steps away from buying a really nice pair of field boots for shows this summer. I'm just a little anxious that they won't be tall enough.

The boots measure just over 18", not including the heel. When I measure my leg, I also get right around 18". The boots are used and appear to have dropped, so the height should be perfect for me, right?

Do I still need to add height to my measurement if the boots are used and have dropped?
They were used for a show season so they're still in fantastic shape, and I'd be getting them for almost half price so I REALLY want these to work but I can't afford to buy them and have them not fit.

Thanks :)

Also, the boots in question are Tredstep Donatellos, if that makes any difference.

the Donatellos are very nice, I'm sure they have already dropped as much as they are going to if they have been worn for a year consistently.
