All stock feed pasadena, tx
I am looking for a feed store that carries all stock (any brand) neare Pasadena Texas. My current feed store is getting a little too high(if you know the price please tell) Also if you use all stock how much do you pay for a bag?

What feed store do you go to? Almost everyone I know goes to Gulf Tex on Spencer. There's another feed store near the corner of Pasadena Boulevard and Preston, but the owner is completely rude and horrible to deal with. There's Steinhauser's in Alvin and Aunique in La Porte. Aunique is a fairly new store so I'm not sure what feed they carry. And of course there's TSC in Alvin.

Oh that's quite a bit away from me. I've been going to Ray's auction for a decade, they have great stuff. :) The place that I would recommend the most is Gulf Tex on Spencer. Their prices are decent and everyone's very nice. The owner actually bought my ewe lamb at the FFA auction a few years ago. I also went to high school with most of the boys that work there. They always know what I want and what car to put it in. Very convenient.

Do you happen to know how much the all stock is?

Maybe $13-14 a bag? I'm not sure since all I buy right now is a ration balancer and alfalfa pellets. You can call them at 281-998-7177 and ask?

The feed I am buying now is $10 for a bag and my horses ho through at least four bags a week. Do you know of any places that have feed for less? ( I'm a full time student so don't nag me about getting horses when I can't afford them)

How many horses do you have to be going through 4 bags of feed a week? I'm just curious because that sounds like such a large amount. Have you considered switching feeds? All Stock tends to have molasses and isn't specifically formulated for horses so it isn't all that healthy for them. I honestly have no idea where you'd find a bag of feed for less than $10.00. I also understand about money. I'm planning on going back to school soon and I have my pockets emptied by just my ONE "special needs" yearling. He really knows how to spend my money haha.

Have you considered adding beet pulp to their diet? It's cheap (around $14 bucks a bag) and it expands greatly when you soak it. I'd be a good inexpensive way to ensure they get enough calories and would eliminate some of the sweet feed from their diet, saving money in the long run.
