waxed leather

How do you clean it? I've read either a damp cloth or leather cleaner, but do you have to re-wax it?

What brand of Saddle?

Some brands have certain coatings on them, never heard of a wax coating

Hubby and I both have Paul Bond boots made with French Wax Calf skin. I believe the difference is that the roughout is tanned with wax rather than oil?? We have always used regular saddle soap on them and I have used a very minimal amount of Snow Seal wax on them but perhaps that is not the best way to care for them. I am curious what other have to say.
