Raisins, good or bad?

I remember reading somewhere that raisins were bad for either a dog or horse, and I can't remember which one it is now.:?

So are Raisins good or bad for horses?

Well I know for sure that raisins are bad for dogs........ but I'm not sure about horses - I think they're fine.

Hang on a tic and I'll google it :D

Ok well I found out that raisins are not good for horses. You can feed them, but only in moderation.

Personally, I would just steer clear of them - not worth the risk when there's so many other treats you can feed.

ok. thanks for that! I'll steer clear from raisins!

Would grapes be the same?

in dogs grapes will cause the kidneys to shut down,
like connemara said, just avoid them, you can give
them bananas, my horses loved them. carrots and apples are the
most used for treats. Or peppermint candy. the soft type

another thing in the summer time you can give them watermellon
