Would she have twins? (pic heavy)

I'm considering breeding my little warmblood mare, Athena. She's 15.1hh but she's a twin, and has a full blooded sister that's over 16hh.

Q #1 Since she was a twin, how high is the possibility that she would have twins?

Q #2 If I breed her to a taller stallion would it make a difference for the height of the foal? Since her sister is 16hh, if Athena didn't ahve twins would her foal be taller than her? Doesn't the foal usually get their height
from their mother?

More questions since I'm here:
I want a taller horse that would be good at jumping. She's registered as an American Warmblood (1/2 Thoroughbred, 1/4 Arabian, 1/4 Oldenburg). What breed of stallion would be best?

Here's some pics...

These are older, yes i know her feet were long at the time, halter was way too big

cant help on any of the questions, but she is a beautiful mare, and a super shiny coat.

Why are you wanting to breed? She has a few faults that would make me think twice about the whole thing. Of course it's your decision, it's just my $0.02.

Because I want at least one foal out of Athena, and yes I know that there PLENTY of other foals out there that I could buy, but it's not the same as having your own mare having her foal that you've been with since day one.
