Spring has sprung! Pictures, please.
So, spring is fully sprung in my part of the country. I know it's peaking it's pretty head around other places too.
And for those that aren't seeing signs of spring yet.. this thread isn't for flaunting .. it's for ENCOURAGEMENT ..
Spring truly IS right around the corner!
Post your pictures here:
Texasgal, where do you live? I'm packing my bags. It is almost blizzard like conditions today. I've looked around many corners and no sign of Spring.
Awww Saddlebag! It's coming ... Just think spring, and flowers, and baby birds... it's coming!
I live in Texas, just north of Houston.
When you are having spring, we'll already be complaining about how hot it is ... definitely a trade off ...
We got 10cm of snow this weekend. It quickly melted and turned my paddocks into mud soup. Our older TB had two shoes sucked off his feet and we couldn't find them as the mud was so deep.
I had to dig trenches in my mares paddock as the water was collecting at the gait and I was almost to my knees trying to get her.
Did I mention it rained right after it finished dumping 10cm of snow on us?
Yep its lovely. I should get a picture. But it depresses me so I don't know if I want it or not.
There is a thing floating around facebook right now. "Its a lovely winter we are having this spring". I couldn't agree more.
encouragement... ha... I think you are flaunting!! I no longer have my garden but here is a picture from my blog from an april day a couple of years ago.
You are wrong .. not flaunting .. just sharing.
Spring is coming for ya'll too!
About a month ago:
We're finally getting into, what I think of as, the "prettiest" part of spring! :D
Screw you guys. It's supposed to snow here again tomorrow and hasn't been above 35 since like November.
We have tulips in bloom, and it snowed today.
