Saddle repair & shops...

How much do you guys think it would cost to replace some rusted dee rings?? And switch out stirrup leathers to the belvin buckles (:?: if those are the ones that don't look like belt buckles)??!?

I don't have a clue. I'm sure like everything else the cost is going to vary from region to region. I'd just call up a few local tack shops and see what they say.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Neka, it sounds like a very old saddle. Saddles have been made with Blevins buckles for a very long time and "D" rings that are anything other then stainless indicate an inexpensive one at that.

Most likely you will have to replace the stirrup leathers as well when you install the Blevins and I think the renovations it may cost more then the saddle is worth.
