To Clip Or Not To Clip

i was just wondering how all of you liked your horses clipped, short, medium, or all shaggy! personally i like to keep mine at a medium, the same length all over. Seeing as i like in England i think its nice to keep them warm! :D

I don't clip my horses. I let them go all natural.

Yeah, I usually don't clip either. :)

I'm with appy and Poptart, I like leaving my horse with a furry winter coat. :-)

during show season they are clipped before every show...during winter I have puffballs, not horses.

Do you want a show name or barn name?

I dont clip (other than bridle path, whiskers, etc) but I blanket and so that makes his coat less fuzzy

i don't clip my horse except his bridle path and whiskers. he gets such a long coat in winter if you put your hand on his neck you literally loose your fingers plus it's fun to help them shed out in the summer. we free lunge them and their hair just flies off in puffs behind them it's hilarious.

Short for me..

Mine are pretty short, and are clipped before ever show. But during the winter, as said before, fluffballs!

i dont clip in the winter..
but when spring comes he'll get clipped cuz it takes forever for him to shed
