christmas gift ideas for people on a budget!

hey guys. i need some help thinking of things i can get my friends.. i will only have about twenty dollars and i have about four-five close friends i want to get something for... they are from the ages 15-17.. i have a ton of friends but i decided i would make candy bags for the ones im not so close to then i will get my close friends something.. i need some help deciding what i should get them.. ill give you a bio on the five friends if that will help... ;)

1. this friend loves any type of old music(i.e. davy jones, the monkeys)
she reads alot! she is in love with twilight right now! she doesnt wear necklaces ,well she wears the same one since she loves it or something like that... she does wear dif earrings.. she likes lotions and stuff... ok i think thats enough

2. this friend loves Alabama(the football team)... she is crazy and loud. she loves candy.. thats about it.lol..

3.she is girly. she loves big purses. she has a mustang(car)lol.. she likes lotions i think.. hm...we both act crazy and will laugh about the stupidest stuff when we are together.. if that even counts.lol...

that is all the friends i will spend money on.loll.. the others like i said will get candy bags... i was thinking about making candy bags then for the certain friends that like horses or whatever get them a horse keychain or something and stick it in the bag... just to make it unique! man just the candy bags and candy are gunna cost alot, since i have about fifty candy bags to do.lol.. why do i know so many people! lol! any advice???

two cookies for whoever reads this and replies!! thanks in advance!

MAKE COOKIES FOR EVERYONE!!!!!! You can make like a cookie sampler for each friend.

Friend 1- Different lotions from bath and body works? I think they offer the smaller bottles for like 3.50 or something. Make her a CD with older music on it?

Friend 2- Something silly and goofy… idk?

Friend 3- Get her something girly for her car.

Add some candy canes, curl some ribbon and dress them up a bit!

Could you teach yourself to knit? You could make scarves for your friends. I purchased a book at Walmart and taught myself to knit. Hand made scarves make good Christmas presents.

OK, it's a lot quicker to use knitting needles, you know? I promise it doesn't take a year.

I used to get my friends little gift bags with candy, lotions and jewelry in them.

Idea 1: What about candy bags, and in each close friend's bag, put a gift card to somewhere unique to them? Doesn't have to be much, $10-$20 is a great little add-on!!
Examples: Starbucks, Chapters (Indigo?), the cinema, etc.

Idea 2: Get them each a little stuffed animal that reminds you of them?
