Lame not lame, one leg, two legs all four?

Disclaimers, yes he is filthy, yes the round pen needs fixing, and the surface washed away in the flood, and his tack probably doesn't fit!

The one and only question, is he crippled lame, just going short?

If lame how many legs and where at, foot of shoulder?

Oh and it was blowing a gale and he was peed off because the others were galloping around

Looks like both fronts are ouchie.. laminitis? He almost looks IR with the lump on his withers..

I think, (not sure) I see front left as being favored.

Could be he's sore, but could also be the fact that he really didn't seem all that interested in what you had in mind. What do ya know about him?

He's only dirty on one side. Can only see one side at a time anyways. :)

Don't know much about him, he is my mystery man

Phly 05-10-2013 10:36 PM

How does he move when out with the other horses?

The muddy side kept making me think I was watching a cow! LOL. I couldn't tell what his problem was, he looked to me like his front was sore. You could take a pen and run it down his back to see if the muscles spasm but then again, if his front is sore then his back would be too.... I would guess lower in the feet but lameness is so hard!

aforred 05-10-2013 10:54 PM

He is definitely lame in the front end, possibly the back end, too. It's impossible to tell from a video where he's sore, exactly, but I would look at his feet and his neck/back.

He looks sore on all 4 feet. Looks worse on the front, ouchy in back.

Chevaux 05-10-2013 11:04 PM

To me, he looks like he's moving short on all four legs plus sorer on the front. Can you feel any heat in his feet? Has he been trimmed recently? Has he been vaccinated recently?
