You will thoroughly enjoy it, good luck!

It is hard, but very rewarding. Trying to keep very excited children calm on ponies is difficult enough, but sometimes with the added barrier of lack of understanding it can be more so!

When I get home I will post a picture. My old old boy is a superb dressage school master, (now sold to a friend) and had all the moves but made you work for them. On occasion he would throw me the odd buck and mess around.
A friend of my father's has a severly disabled son, and he rode Doey. I was so proud of that horse, he knew exactly. If Barry wanted to trot a bit, and unbalanced, Doey would slow and walk and halt, waiting for him to rebalance.

It makes you appreciate how special some of these horses and ponies are.. some have the 'sixth sense' and know, somehow, they have to take special care of their passenger!

Would love to hear how you get on in the future!
