Fitness help/interval training
Does anyone know any good interval training or other fitness plans? Chet desperately needs to get fit for the summer show season, but I'm always really bad at coming up with a solid plan that will get him fit for the jumper ring.
Hills! Helps big time with jumping. Yes, there are all types of patterns and gymastics that help too, but hills help build those muscles. Flatwork is as equally important to jumpers as over fence work. A lot of people tend to over look it. Even if you work hills into your routine once a week, you will see improvement over fences.
