Had an AMAZING practice
Started out with a warm up involving lots of counter arcs, and bending, then trotted the pattern and SQUIGGY WAS AWESOME. Like, honestly. I gave her a lot of leg to get her but working, and sort of counter bent her/pushed her hip in going into the barrels, and lifted her shoulders coming out, and kept that barrel at her hip. SHE WAS SO AWESOME. Like she even went into her pocket with just a nudge on my rein and inside leg. And rated all by herself. And then I let her pick her own speed, which was a nice even lope. And SHE DID AWESOME. I could feeeeel her hip pushing in, and she came out of first on the correct lead, rated, and wasnt all hot and bothered. I SO FELT HER DIGGIN WITH HER BUTT. I ACTUALLY STILL HAVE A HOPE IN MAKING HER A BARREL HORSE. the best part is that i had my camera set up the whole time, even for warm-up, but hit the "picture" button instead of "video" *CRIES AND DANCES*
Whelp. Tomorrow shall be a relaxing trail ride day.

I was in such a hurry lol. I got home from work at 9, and the sun was still up, so I had to run to get ready and catch her and tack her up, and in my hurry, I lost my brain.
At first I was like:
But then I was like:
Is it ironic that I watched Mulan the other day?
Although, squiggy is more like pegasus - a magnificent horse with the brain of a bird
