The Eventing Thread
This thread is for all of your questions and comments on Eventing. From rules to tack, to learning the sport, I would love to answer your questions.
Just ask anything you want to learn about the sport of Eventing, I will answer it as soon as I can.
So cool! I was thinking about starting something like this! lol well two quesions I guess
1. What areas do you ride in? I ride in areas 5, 3, and 8
2. Happy mouth bits are alowed right?
These threads crack me up.
Why do they crack you up? I'm just trying to help answer a few questions since there isnt a forum only on Eventing.
If you follow USEA rules, Happymouth snaffles are permitted for both jumping and dressage.
wait, if you event at all, you should know what an area is!
I do event. I have been eventing for quite a long time, but I have never heard of an area. What is it?
What level have you evented to?
If you were on approach to a Trekhanner, coming down off of a slight decline. What kind of canter would you approach the Trekhanner in?
sorry, but I can't really belive that you event when you don't know what an area is. and area is the region in which you event. I live in Area V, LA, AR, and TX.
I looked up the different areas in eventing. I do not go by areas, so I am still not sure the purpose of them. Wow. An eventing question I dont know. :P Any help? lol
