Team roping this last weekend
Here is a link of me roping at the original team roping finals in Abilene this last weekend. Heeler had both feet, but his horse didn't stop. He was using his back up due to his primary horse being hurt. As you can see, we didn't think the steer was going to run as fast as it did, we saw it being roped earlier and it didn't run nearly this fast...it must've woke up! I hope the link works, it's the first time I have posted a video link....

Very cool! Except now I want videos!!!! The past few ropings I've been pulling out 5-6 second (potential) runs. If my heelers would be ready the first few jumps after the corner anyway.... haha

yep, them dang heelers will starve you....haha
I didn't rope for about 4 years due to being too busy, so I have only been back at it since this Jan, still shaking off the rust.

I heel as well, just don't have a finished horse yet, she should be ready in a month or two...then I can start "starving" some headers.....haha
