I did a logo for someone of her and her horse turning a barrel. Let me know what you think!

Please note: Watermark is still visible because client has yet to pay. Whenever doing a commission for anyone, it is always advisable to have the client pay a deposit before you've completed the work. I did not do so in this case and the customer has failed to respond since asking for payment. Learn from my mistake and ask for a deposit beforehand!

I think it looks great. You're very talented!

Very awesome, though I feel that left hind pastern and hoof look a bit off since it has less contrast.. otherwise amazing!

That looks amazing, I love it!!

Chokolate 07-11-2013 11:11 PM

That's awesome! How do you have the patience for all the detail?

To me, it's very relaxing to sit there and just draw. It helps if I put music or an audiobook on to listen to.

I can do that for hand drawing, on paper, and agree I find it very relaxing, but I just can't do it on the computer. Do you use a tablet?

LoveTheSaddlebreds 07-15-2013 10:40 AM

I do. I use a Bamboo Create by Wacom

I love your digital art.

I totally agreed about the deposit. I used to do the whole drawing before asking for any money and got burned by people a few times so now I ask for 50% upfront. It's sad that we are forced to do that because of a few dishonest people. They don't realize it's not just our time, but the materials that are costly.

It's a great drawing! I don't know how you pull that off!
