I am super excited to be picking up this 3yr old fewspot appaloosa stud colt tomorrow.

His registered name is Shockability, but he's been called Sammy since he was born.

Sire: Just Shockin Y'all
Dam: Always Always (By Always Dignified)
You can see his full pedigree in the link below.
Shockability Appaloosa

He's not broke and has been stuck out in a pasture for the last year or two by himself with very little handling. So it should be all kinds of fun. His dam breeds her quiet nature into her foals though, so if he's anything like his siblings then he'll settle down and be easy to train. He'll be gelded sometime this fall, I don't need a stallion.

These pictures were taken early may of this year. He needs some TLC.

and Baby Picture

I'll hopefully have some more pictures tomorrow. He's going into the quarantine field and I'll try to clean him up some in there. Ferrier's scheduled for next week, vet will be out sometime in the near future to do teeth, sheath cleaning, wolf teeth. If he's not a complete ass we'll be nice and wait for the flies to die down before gelding him.

Yay new horse. :D

I'm hoping he won't be a complete ass. It helps that he hasn't been bred!

I board at the farm that bred him originally, which is how I'm getting him. Guy said "Come pick him up or he's going to auction." So we're going to pick him up. He's trying to unload a bunch of his horses.

He looks like he's going to be a great guy. I can see a progress thread being started on this boy. Best of luck with him.

and before I forget, to be fair. My Barn owner, who was taking these pictures, was smooching and trying to get him to move so she could take some action shots. :D
