Deworming pregnant mare
Which is the safest to use? I have heard fenbendazole paste is the safest but what if she had that the last time? I hate to use the same thing again. I'm not 100% sure what she was wormed with last time though so I'll have to find out (we just got her a few weeks ago). She's due in May and is due for wormer now.

What do you suggest?

Fenbendazole is great for younf foals. As for adult mares every other product is fine.
I used to deworm my mare with alternating Moxydactin, Ivermectin and Pyrantel.
We do not have Fenbendazole in Israel and I am trying to find a way to import it to here for my filly...

you can worm your pregnant mare with anything. It shouldn't affect her or the unborn foal and fenbendazole is very good for young foals as well.

We recently had an outbreak of Neck Thread Worms :-( and had to double dose all of the horses with Ivermectin. One of the horses is my pregnant mare. In my research, I saw that many of the vet schools and clinics recommend worming pregnant mares with an Ivermectin product one month prior to foaling.
