turkey poults... runt?

Hi guys.
about 10 days ago we got turkey poults. they were all fine, until a few days ago one was looking smaller than the rest. His eye was also slightly puffy, probably from being pecked? And his feathers dont look great either. Ive read to give them more protein but from were? Can you give then eggs or milk? that was online too lol :) right now hes separated and hes been drinking more!
Any advice is appreciated!
thanks :)

He could be the bottom rung on the ladder. You can try to separate him so he gets the food and water he needs, but you will likely have to keep him separate until he is at least as big as the others because once you put him back with them, they'll pick on him all the more unless he is big enough to fight back.

Agree with Northern. I havent had turkeys, but Ibe hatched a lot of birds. SOMEONE is always low man...and birds can be vicious. Usually they dont die, but if the size difference gets big enough, or he starts looking too rough, separate him off, alone or with the next smallest.
