Hello from Kentucky
 

Hi everybody,
I just joined this forum last night, I was searching for something that gets updated regularly, there are about a million horse forums with just a few posts from a year ago sitting around! I've got Kentucky Mountain horses mostly, so I'll probably be lurking around the gaited forum most of all.
I live in eastern Kentucky and I've got 7 mares and I own a stud with some friends of mine in Rowan County. I just trail ride now, but I might think about showing someday in the future.
It looks like it'll be fun clicking around and checking out peoples barns and things, this forum looks like a good time!

I owned a rocky mountain/ kentucky saddle. I just posted under the gaited topic on cantering. Do you canter your gaited horses much? Do you start from a gait or walk?
