Ok, i don't know if anyone else has this problem but i get it a lot and it really annoys me!!!
On some horses when i take their rug off i get zapped by static electricity and then some of the horses hair sticks up or if i try to brush it flat the brissels of the bush flatten some hair but any hair that gets between the brissels stays up making the horse look worse!!!!
Also the static electricity only seems to happen in winter.
Does anyone know how i can stop/prevent it?!!!!! :?

Rubbing a fabric softener sheet used for laundry all over the horse's coat will help.
