Most difficult movement

Of all the transitions or movements which one do you consider to be the most difficult to accomplish.

Remaining strait!

I remember when I boarded Nelson at the Hunt Club - and whenever the arena was Harrowed, I would try to ride Nelson in a strait line, following the harrow lines - and after we got from one end to the other, I would look back at how we did....and it never was good.

You know how hard it is to ride strait?!?!

Hmmmmm prob the piaffe or haunches in.

I would say flying lead changes of every stirde. You have to be striaght, have a supple horse on both sides, a horse who responds to leg pressure very quickly, and a relaxed mind.

Yeah piaffe and haunches in are definitely the toughest movements. It's so weird that they would but the haunches in at a way lower level than piaffe because they are like basically the same degree of difficulty.

My horse did both today! She was fantastic! Oh BTW I have a new halt pic that I will post ASAP.

To me the most difficult movement is a halt to ONE stride of canter to halt. Just under that level difficulty is the walk to ONE stride of canter to walk.
