Cutting Thrush Out... and WLD... Should I still soak with CleanTrax?
A little over a week ago I cut all the Thrush and WLD in my horses hooves out (that I could safely cut out, which was almost all of it). I've been alternating doctoring their hooves with Thrush Buster and Hooflex Thrush and WLD Remedy every other day since, and before that, I was doctoring their hooves daily.
I do have two bottles of CleanTrax that expires at the end of this month (September) and was wondering, should I still use it, even though it looks like the thrush and WLD is gone?

I would keep the Clean Trax in case something comes back. It won't really expire. It's just that after that date, the chemical may become weaker.

I think I may go ahead and soak their hooves in the cleantrax later this week, since, due to lack of money (I haven't worked in going-on three weeks) I won't be able to get the farrier out on schedule and will most likely have to wait three or four or more weeks before I can get the farrier back out. Luckily i can trim everything besides severe things in my horses hooves (such as severe flaring, etc...).
