Tips/Tricks to popping sorrel after shave?
I know theres a ton of products out there, but I wanted to see what everyone here uses to bring that red or other dark colors out after a good close body clipping? Now we arent talking the same ol' MTG or Main N Tail luster and shine, we are talking color enhancing! Care to share any home remedies or little tricks? :D

Blackoil sunflower seeds or paprika. Another thing that works id NU IMAGE, its a supplement that you give and it works to bring out the red and chrome in a sorrel horse. It also helps with hoof health!

Might have to try a bit of that myself. My horse is a lovely red chestnut until you clip him, then he goes yellow! Disgusting - it's embarassing . I've even had a couple of people who don't know he's mine ask whose is the horrible coloured horse!!
And what is really annoying is that because we live in the tropics all our competitions are held during winter. No one ever gets to see him with his lovely red coat.

Ya my friend used NU Image on her sorrel and his coat went from a dull color to a really gorgeous red. And it also helped bring out the Chrome she never knew he had.
