Evil, Evil Animals
Today I went to see Parker and was gone about four hours. The rest of my family left about three hours later, so I came home to an "empty" house.
Now, my two cats and two dogs were left home alone for only about an hour. What did I return to? Two very guilty looking dogs and one guilty looking cat. My cat? She was just crawling and rubbing me from the moment I came in. Naturally, I expected something was up, so I went into the kitchen. Apparently, someone left the pantry door open, and what did I find? Three new 5 lb bags of dry cat food, on the floor and empty.
It was chewed and clawed open very neatly, so nobody ingested any plastic. My cat, Mischief, is an overly intelligent 7 pound ball of fur that fully lives up to her name. She got the three bags off of the three foot high pantry shelf, sliced it opened, and let the others go to work. I know it had to be her because my mom's cat can't jump more than a foot off the ground and my dogs are far too lazy. They're all fine, just got a very small dinner tonight. Evil, evil, dastardly animals.
Here are some pictures of the perps. Maybe they're not ENTIRELY evil.
My collie-mix, Jingle, and my mom's cat Alfie.
Jingle cuddling with a weird singing pig thing.
Alfie chilling in my sister's old doll bed.
Mischief, the evil demon cat showing her "tolerant" side. I used her as a model for the camp I work at's teddy bear sweatshirt.
Sophie, my 11 year old cockapoo, Jingle, and a five month old Missy hanging out.
They look guilty in the first picture. lol
That dog is so stinkin cute!
