Open front jumping boots?
I have been using galloping boots on my friend's thoroughbred but i'm worried that they aren't giving him the support or protection he needs over fences (we are jumping around 3ft logs). I have heard that eskadrons can cause bad leg reactions and that some of the other cheaper boots can fit badly. I can't really afford $100 boots right now especially if they aren't going to work out :/ I found these:

They look really nice but I can't seem to find reviews. Does anyone have experience with these or has a brand of jumping boots that they'd recommend?
Thanks so much
I use Dover's open front boots, both front and back and I love them! Inexpensive, fit most horses well, simple, sturdy, and super easy to clean. And they go for about $30. I like them as much, if not more than my Eskadrons. The inner lining is much nicer
What I dislike about any boots and especially boots with a thick lining is that they get mud and dirt in the lining and this can cause more problems from rubbing than if the horse didn't wear boots.
Shoot, I wish I could recall the make of mine! I just love them x.x
I have a pair of Lami-cell that are BEAUTIFUL. Selling them actually if you're interested. I had romas but the elastic wore out so fast it wasnt worth it.
they were discontinued but these are the same ones

These are the type I love and will always buy for own horses :)
