Tails of Sweetbrier, A story of perseverance
I used to teach riding and a lived at a farm called Sweetbrier. It's in Easton, CT. Have any of you heard of it? It was a great place to grow up because horses were my passion. I used to teach there, but now I write stories for kids. One is a true story called [I]Tails of Sweetbrier. It's about the decision my dad made that changed my whole life. If you like uplifting stories, with valuable lessons, you'll love this! The story is illustrated by my talented sister, Holly Humphrys-Bajaj.
We also worked together on a series of amusing fictional books, told from the horse's point of view called: Charlie the Horse, Charlene the Star, Charlene the Star and Hattie's Heroes. Hope you check them out sometime. Anyone with questions, or who would like to order signed copies can email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
