For MIEventer (manchester terriers)

Here's the photos...

This is Allen and Rally... they come to my agility classes and compete at local trials...

Here's a shot of Allen and John on course (John is the human, LOL)

Here's Allen again just landing from a jump

In my opinion, these little dogs are wonderful and fairly easy to train. The real problem with them is they are NOT neutered, so they are very distracted by smells, etc. If he'd neutered them, they would really excel on course.

Tell your husband, Manchesters CAN do agility :)

What fabulous pictures and what absolutely beautiful dogs you have!!! I love watching agility! I just showed my Hubby the piccies and he is all excited.

He is curious to know what Anubis's full breeding is as well - he is most definately a mixed, but with what? He is a rescue, and we love him very much. Here are some pictures of him - maybe you know what he is mixed with?

He looks much larger than John's Manchester's. Can't say for sure what he may be mixed with.

With those long legs, I think he'd do well in agility!

His markings and coat color almost remind me of a beagle, but not ;) I do sense a bit of hound in him though, but he definitely has the Manchester head, ears, and tail!!

My Husband wants to do agility with him so much, but after what "breeders" or "trainers" said - it kept him from trying. From time to time he'll play with Anubis over obsticles and Nubs takes them with ease.

We are baffled as to what he is mixed with as well - but he is one very smart, very personallitied boy! I love him so much, he is such a character.

Everyone who see's him, says Shepherd - but our vet said no because he is much too small and fine boned for a Shepherd to be in him - but who knows? He also said "I'm not a breeder"

We are baffled. It doesn't make us love him any less :)

LOL! Those ears are his honing beakers.

Perhaps he is crossed with a miniature pincher? They are about a foot tall at the shoulder. I don't know a lot about the breed though.

I was thinking Min Pin also.. I dont breed either of the two, i used to breed Yorkies <notice the words USED lol>. Try gettin Anubis to jump horse jumps or trail jumps, those are always fun. I get my Yorkie to jump simple jumps like that =)

I have a german shepard/whippet cross, and she looks a lot like your pup, MIE. I also have a pitt/cattledog mix, and he has the same ears as your pup. Hard to tell, but honestly, I do see shepard. My shepard mix is built like a whippet, very slender and lean, and only comes up just past my knee(I'm only 5'1").

I don't know if he is bred with a Min Pin, he could be - but I don't know much about breeding either.

Anubis stands right at my knee's - so that's about 19". And he is 18" long from buttox to shoulder.

Maybe that'll help?

OH! You posted when I posted center - could you post pictures of your pups for me to see?

Oh. Probably not a MinPin then. Lol. Just an idea. I DO see shepherd or maybe Australian Cattle Dog? I see it in the face.
