Dressage..

Hello everyone:wink:
I was just wondering if there are just as many accidents in dressage as in fx Jumping? Because I think that dressage looks more, I don't know, less dangerous. But aren't there just as big risks for the horse to get scared and so on, in dressage as all the other riding?

It's less dangerous, yes. But I mean, riding a horse is dangerous in itself.

Yeah, you're right. Thanks for your answer:-)

As far as risks go, yes, dressage would be considered less dangerous than jumping. There's far less of a chance for the rider to fall off when not jumping over obstacles. But you have to remember that riding in itself is dangerous. A horse can spook just as easy in a dressage ring as it can in a ring full of jumps. There's nothing safe about riding horses.
