hopeing I'm not hurting him
I got my horse about a month ago. I love him so much, he's a great horse. I have a circle Y barrel saddle and a a barrel pad that I thought were both good for high withered horses, but I'm thinking i'm wrong. Recently he's been getting white patches of hair and I'm afraid it's hurting him. He behaves really well while I'm riding but moves away from me when I try to mount. Please helphttp://<a href=

should I get a new blanket, and extra blanket? A new saddle?

take him to a vet if you love him that much you should not mind spending that much money or if you check you might stickers in the pad

White patches can be a sign of a ill fitting saddle.
It sounds like you know it's not fitting well.
Could you get someone out to do a saddle fitting for you and check your current saddle?
