How High Can You Go?
I was just wondering how high can you and your horse(s) jump?
The highest I've ever jumped was way back in the day when I still rode Junior. We jumping 3ft a few times. Haha not THAT big. But I'm with a new trainer now, and on a monster horse who has incredible potential, so hopefully that will get higher soon (:
1.05m or 3'4 on my 14.1hh pony :D
Right now, about 2'3. I can jump higher (about 2'6-3ft) but Daytona needs some more work. ;) So, right now I'm working on getting her over 2'6.
Highest I ever jumped was 2'8 . . . I think, yeah pretty sure . . . either 2'8 or 2'6 (It was a while ago) on a school pony. My horse broke his leg when he was little and he can't jump very high (I don't like to jump him at all really). But I LOVE jumping and I miss it SO much! But I wouldn't trade him for the world <3
I can jump 2'6 and think I could comfortably go close to 3'0. =]
I personally jumped 5' on a dare and will not do that again. Before my dressage career I was jumping stake at about 4'.
My present horse has free jumped 6' but under saddle with a rider highest was 4'6".
My old Gelding was an amazing jumper - I schooled him 5' and we competed in Level 4 Jumpers (3'9 - 4').
My Mare had a comfort height at 3'6 but we had done 3'9.
My little guy.. well, we've jumped 2'6 so far but he LOVES jumping. He's only 4, we'll see someday what he can do :)
On my Standardbred I can jump 2'5". No higher due to lack on coordination and well, tallent. Haha.
I think it's about 4' that I jump on my TB mare. :)
I competed in 4' Jumpers with a TB I used to train.
Now, I am at 2'6 because the last two horses I've worked with have been youngsters and getting started in their training.
My gelding is around that height currently too. He is only 5, and just starting his jumping career. He clears 3'6 with ease already though. Super talented.
