I work out a lot in between my weekly dressage lessons. I focus on core, hips and legs. Well lately, I've been hearing popping sounds coming from my back when I try to do leg raises. Also, whem I'm on the elyptical, my left knee and left hip have started making popping noises as well.
I read that riders commonly suffer from Snapping Hip Syndrome because repeated hip flexion leads to injury.
Anybody out there with the same problem?
Do you just ignore it and work through it?
Do you see a chiro, or PT or ?
