Boots while lunging/longing?

What boots do you recommend while lunging/longing? We are going to start working AZ and as clumsy as he is, I think boots will help with not only the lunging but his omgdon'ttouchmyfeet issues as well.

Thoughts?

I usually use splint boots or "full cover" boots no matter what I'm doing. If he really interferes and the boots tend to turn a lot the just get open fronts, they can be put on all 4 legs.
I have a set of brushing boots that are majorly heavy duty which I love and also a set of "full" or "dressage" boots with the fleece inside which just look nice.

Roma Sport Boots- work great for Chinga, and he can be very clumbsy. I've got the exact same boots but mine are purple.

You can also get them with the extra part, I believe they are called bell boots? Although I just have the ones at the top, and they seem to work great.
