Grey coat and bay horse

Do you think a grey hunt coat would look good with a bay horse?

I think it would. Just remember that a gray coat will make you stand out more!

It's not in what we think, but in what you think.
It is you that needs to dress with confidence that your look is attractive and complimentary a package you are putting out on display, and that is what you are doing when you enter a show ring no matter what class or discipline of riding you do.

Gray is not a common color but is seen. Being different from the rest is not a bad thing, but will catch the eye of those judging, and surrounding the ring...the important person though is the show ring judge...
You need to be on your best presentation of horse and rider that day as is true of any day you enter any show ring...

Good luck.

Grey jackets are unique, and as long as your show rules don't forbid this color, I think grey would look great with a bay horse!

I'm going to go against the grain and say no. I wouldn't wear grey on a bay, ideally. I'd go with black. I think its much sharper looking.
