What kind of smb boots?
Christmas is coming up so that means money to get George new smb boots which he needs desperately lol. Im debating between classic equines legacy boots and the Iconoclast boots what are your thoughts on both? I have always had classic equine and pro choice boots but am really interested in the Iconoclast.
We've debated this a lot:
Basically, sport boots are going to be personal preference.
I myself prefer Professional's Choice SMB 3 boots on all four legs, plus Classic Equine Dyno-Turn bell boots on the front.
To me, I feel like Classic Equine are too bulky. There are some on here who love them.
I myself have not tried Iconoclast, but I personally feel like the double sling is redundant and a single sling is sufficient.
You really can't make a "wrong" choice between the boots you are debating. They are both good boots; just personal preference.
/raises hand/ I'm one of those who loves the CE Legacy boots.
Selena tears the living heck out of boots, and she flat out destroys SMBs and any other boots besides the Legacys. However, Iconoclaust boots are also great support.
Mostly, it's all personal preference, as Beau said.
I've come to really like the SMB Elite boots. I get good wear out of them, and they seem to fit my horses very well. I have had some of the Classic Equine boots to- I like them, but they are not my favorite.
Personal preference. I race with a lady that uses the Ionclast boots and they seem to hold up nicely. Personally, I find that the legacy boots are a little bulky on the leg. Just a little too bulky for my liking. Whichever you choose, I find that they are both excellent boots :)
