Who does it, who lives by it, who doesn't know what it is!

I have been working with a new trainer and he is REALLY opening my eyes to things I never dreamt of when building a relationship with your horse!

He explains it as a "tier". Starting from the ground up.

I tell you what...the days that I don't do as much ground work...I feel like I am on a completely different horse!

i like to do ground work.
i think its also important to 'excercise' the mind aswell as physical.

I am huge on ground work. I'm buying a dead broke trail horse and plan on doing at least several weeks of ground work before I even get on his back. Even for trained horses it is so important to build that relationship with them.
