Miniature foal with deformed food
I think this was originally posted on LB. One of the worst cases of contracted tendons I have ever seen :(
OMG, that is just so sad. It actually is making me start to cry right now. :,,,( That poor baby. That is a perfect example of how even breeding a dream mare and stud can go badly very fast. I hope everything with them turns out okay and they can fix it to the point that the filly can at least be comfortable. I am sending out my thoughts and prayers too to the foal and the family.
Oh my goodness, that poor filly... I hope everything turns out alright for her & her family =(
I am so sorry.
How sad and scary to deal with. You just never know what is going to happen when a foal is born...
Sending out well wishes..
I would have to say that I would probably choose to humanly ethanize(sp?) is this case. There is no way that this poor little girl isn't going to have issue in the future. Poor girl....I feel for the family that bred this little one, I just hope it was reasponsible breeding.
That's the kind of miniature dwar mini, that many people out there find cute. NOT SO cute. I would have put that poor animal down and let it have a happy life on the other side of the rainbow.
