comicthing for memorial?

so a friend of mine volunteers at a rescue and two foals passed away a couple weeks ago. I wrote a poem (which I will post tomorrow) and was hoping somebody could make a comic for it? not overly detailed drawings but not cartoony either? I have reference pics that you can PM me for.
sooo any takers?

I'd be interested in having a go at it, but when would you need the comic finished by? I've got three comissions due before Christmas so I've only really got free time after the 25th.

You can have a look at my work if you want, I'm on deviant art as Spiced-Gold.

I was thinking as a Christmas present so maybe right after Christmas? I should never have left it so late but I've been working way m,ore than I'm used to and thus being a bit scatter brained lately

I love your art though! I think nit would be really great in the style of the drawing titled "dreamer2010"

OH! I forgot I said I'd post the poem today! here it is.....

Two foals stood at the edge of the bridge.
From here they could see this world.
"we're sorry to leave you like this." Said the first.
"And so soon too." Added the second.
"Mama you should see it here! The grass is the greenest ever!" The first nickered.
"and big huge apple trees!"
"and no matter how much you eat you never get a belly ache!" They exclaimed together.
"Anyway we just wanted to say thank you for all the love and care you gave us, we know you did your best We're fine here actually we're great! But we miss you... we know we'll see you again, this not goodbye." The pair finished, speking to both human and equine carers.

I'd certainly be available after Christmas. The sytle I drew Dreamer in is really quick and easy to get done, so depending on how many pictures you want, it shouldn't take more than a few hours. You can PM me and we can work out the details?
