Can someone explain...
Hunter Hack? It's a optional class at the State Horse Show and I was thinking about taking it... It's just for exhibition only, so no judging, I would just like to know what it is, what it would be scored on, what you do, what kind of clothing and attire you have to have. Thanks!

wikipedia, my best friend, shall assist you.
lols, much thanks!
No prob :D Thats the best part of Wiki!
Just read that, and I am wondering...
How on earth do you teach a horse not to STUMBLE?
LIES! Wiki is MY best friend!!! Lol.
My horses could use a book on it, alright.
i dont have time to read the WIKI to see what to add or whatever so im just gonna say what i know...
well its understandable that stumbleing is a dedustion...one reson being is a horse comes off a jump wrong that could be the casue of stumbling...
basically you jump a two jump line ushally a 4 or 5 stride, land get correct lead coninue to canter around the corner and there will be a stopping place where you halt, (sometimes they will have you back) then drop your reins to the buckle.and when judge accknowledges you you may go in line then there will be a regular flat portion. i know at least in AQHa the clas is judged 70% on the jumping and 30% on the flat.
as for the attire. wear breeches, tallboots, show jacket, showshirt, gloves,if it were an AQHA event, or open show i would say use a EZview pad, but if its an open hunter class use a fitted fleece pad.
