Breed Show Terminology Help?

Hi! As disclosed in my username I'm new to breed showing and could not be more lost when it comes to the different terminology used on show bills and to register for classes (non-pro, novice, amateur, youth, etc.) I'm 15, and this will be my first year showing MApHA and GLApHC. I have no ApHC points and neither does my horse. It's my understanding that I should be showing novice 14-18 classes, but there's also 18 & under Non-Pro classes, which sounds kind of the same haha. So am I right? Am I wrong? Where should I be showing and what do all the terms mean?

I've showed before (LMHA, EWHA, 4H and Open Shows) but all of the breed show terminology is familiar but mysterious to me lol.

Thank you soo much in advance for your help!!!! ❤ (:

^^ Reading the rulebook will be an invaluable asset to you. It's the first thing everyone should do when becoming a part of an association. :) Good luck!
